American Express and the National Trust for Historic Preservation announced that 13 San Francisco Bay Area historic sites will receive American Express Partners in Preservation grants as part of the company's $1 million commitment to preservation efforts in the Bay Area. The American Express Partners in Preservation grant award winners are:

In addition, American Express and the National Trust announced that they will be giving a $5,000 award to each of the remaining 12 Partners in Preservation sites in recognition of their participation in the initiative and their commitment to preservation efforts.

Your support is still needed to protect and preserve the Bay Area's unique and diverse cultural heritage. We invite you to become involved in efforts to preserve the 25 American Express Partners in Preservation sites and other historic locations that enrich community life in the Bay Area and encourage you to continue sharing personal photos and stories on this website. Your ongoing participation helps to ensure the continuing vitality of the Bay Area through the preservation of the places that matter to us all.
