About the Holy Trinity Russian Orthodox Cathedral [See on Map] An architectural gem and Chicago landmark, Holy Trinity was designed by architect Louis Sullivan and constructed with funds from Czar Nicholas II to serve Chicago's Russian Orthodox community.
