About the Paragon Carousel The Paragon Carousel has given beloved memories for over eighty years to people now stretched across the country. Offering old-fashioned fun, the carousel enchants all who encounter it. The Paragon Carousel was awarded a Partners in Preservation grant of $100,000 that will restore the windows and doors of the Paragon Carousel Building, returning it to its former glory and connecting the Carousel to its striking views of the ocean and bay.
